The
National Conference in Sales Management (NCSM) exists to create
a premiere conference and disseminate knowledge in the areas of
sales management and personal selling.
The guiding principles of the National Conference
in Sales Management are consistent with those of PSE. The Mission
of the conference is built upon the foundation of research that
directly influences the productivity of the sales organization.
While this includes a wide spectrum of knowledge, it is understood
that the emphasis is upon those activities and individuals who
are involved directly or indirectly in the sales profession.
NCSM represents an important source of support
for marketing educators and PSE faculty advisors, and seeks
to facilitate their roles in educating students in the fields
of sales management and personal selling. NCSM seeks to enhance
the practice of sales management and personal selling by fostering
the dialogue between academicians and practitioners.
